4. NLP and more

No tricks. No spiritual glitter. Just fast, lasting progress.
I coach you to gain control over your future — and over yourself.
Calm. Sharp. Grounded. Lovingly confrontational.

I work intuitively with everything I’ve learned:
training, therapy, mistakes, lived experience, insights, life lessons — and a deep understanding of your patterns and struggle. During our sessions I rely on:

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)

NLP is about how your brain works: the unconscious patterns, beliefs, and automatic reactions that shape how you think, feel, and act.

Not floaty. Not vague.
Just: understanding yourself — and learning how to shift what isn’t helping you.

With NLP, we work on:

  • breaking patterns

  • reducing fear and blocks

  • increasing confidence

  • making choices that actually fit you

  • feeling and setting boundaries

  • rewriting limiting beliefs

  • communicating more effectively (with yourself and others)

As a Master Practitioner, I go beyond the basics.
I don’t just help you see your patterns — I help you change them.

Why NLP works so well

Because it’s not just thinking — it’s experiencing, feeling, and shifting from a deeper level.
It’s practical, fast, and lasting.

No endless sessions.
No complicated homework.
Just honest work — and I guide you through it.

Hypnotherapy (not the stage version)

Hypnotherapy is not clucking like a chicken, losing control, or going unconscious.

It’s a calm, focused state that gives you easier access to your subconscious —
where beliefs, fears, behaviors, and reflexes live.

I use hypnosis when helpful:

  • to resolve blocks faster

  • to release old beliefs

  • to align body and mind

  • to calm an overwhelmed nervous system

  • to anchor new behavior naturally

ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy)

ACT teaches you to relate differently to your thoughts and feelings — instead of fighting them or pushing them away.

It’s about:

  • acceptance (without giving up)

  • choice

  • direction

  • doing what matters

  • psychological flexibility (a life skill everyone should learn)

Where NLP rewrites patterns, ACT helps you:

  • create distance from mental noise

  • choose consciously

  • cultivate calm

  • stay true to your values

They reinforce each other.

Mindfulness (without the incense)

No chanting. No bowls.
Just learning to be present in yourself instead of stuck in your head.

Mindfulness helps with:

  • stress

  • overthinking

  • worry

  • perfectionism

  • feeling what you actually need

  • recognizing boundaries

It’s not a destination — it’s a tool.
A practical one you can use immediately.

Psychomotor methods & body-based work

Sometimes your body tells the story your mind already buried.

So when needed, we use simple body-oriented exercises to understand:

  • where tension sits

  • what you’re holding onto

  • where boundaries live

  • what your body is trying to tell you

No yoga.
No spiritual choreography.

Just practical exercises that reconnect your mind and body.

You may think: “What is this?”
Good — that’s the edge where growth happens.
Afterwards, you’ll chuckle and think: “Hmm...  she got me there.” (Insight guarantee.)

Experience. Armchair psychology. And solid common sense.

I’m not a guru.
I don’t have a magic reset button.
I don’t believe in standard frameworks.

We find what works for you.

And that’s usually a mix of: knowledge, experience, intuition, sharp listening, confronting, normalizing, mirroring — and real human connection.

No noise.
No drama.
Just progress.
