I don't believe in vague trajectories, endless sessions or conversations that are "good for something".
That is why I work with Insight Guarantee.

 

That means:

After each conversation you will have at least one insight that will help you move forward.
No insight = money back.

 

Why?

Because coaching doesn't have to be exciting or complicated.

It must be clear, sober and valuable.

And that can only be done with real insights.

 

What kind of insight?

Hint: It usually starts with "Hmm" or "Gee."
And is followed by: Wow, I didn't know that, I've never looked at it that way, You tell me something, I suddenly understand why..., How useful that..., I never realized that..., I just noticed I did something different...

A pattern you haven't seen yet.
A belief that holds you back.
A choice you keep putting off — and why.
A piece of yourself that you had lost.
A direction that will give you fresh air again.
Or new behaviour you show.

 

 

How does it work?

Very simple:
We have a session → you have at least one insight, during or in the run-up to the next session → if you have had absolutely no new insight, idea, discovery, opinion, or conversation regarding your development or the things we've talked about, you get your money back.
