And yet, on the inside something doesn’t quite feel right.That doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with your life. Often it simply means that somewhere along the way you started making choices that once made sense, but no longer truly fit who you are.Coaching helps you explore where that feeling comes from — and what actually fits you now.
I help you gain more control over your future and your direction. My coaching style is calm, sharp, grounded, intuitive and lovingly confrontational.I focus on fast and lasting progress. When useful, I draw on techniques from NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), hypnotherapy, ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), mindfulness, psychomotor therapy, personal experience, practical psychology and plain common sense. And I won’t let you leave a session without at least one new insight.You can come to me with many different questions. I do everything I can to make our sessions both safe and insightful. And if I believe you would be better helped by someone else, I’ll tell you.If you’re truly ready to change and willing to commit to that process, then I am too — and I’d be glad to hear from you.
